Their price for the same product (Garaga) was considerable less expensive than other quotes that I received. Installer was perfect at his job. Can't image any better service.. I will be requesting Charlies when I need new garage door openers. Highly recommend.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES
It is bad business practice to threaten long time customers with collections as well as bad phone manners.

what other option do we have if payment is not made . Do I just pay for your repairs out of pocket ? Maybe tell my employees there not getting paid either . Was there a simple reason that we are not aware of for why payment did not come ? Where you harsh on the phone as well ?Excellent customer service
