Great overall experience - when I called to make the appointment the person answered the phone right away and understood the garage door problems when I described them and he gave me a rough quote over the phone.
Technician arrived early for the appointment, began repairs right away on both of our doors and was complete the work in a timely fashion. He also did a maintenance inspection of all components for both doors and gave us a detailed summary.
